Vex is an alien bounty hunter, and ally to Taras Richtov. After an alien amnesty act was signed by the President, Vex saught the opportunity to take down human targets for a bigger price.

Like any other bounty hunter, Vex is motivated by profit. Vex is very cocksure about his marksmanship skills.

- Kessian Physiology: Hailing from the planet Kessia, Vex is much taller than the average human.
- Telekinesis: Vex is able to manipulate objects and people in his line of sight. This is useful for choking and throwing people, but he directs this power almost entirely to control his specialized disks for assassinations, via means of ricochet.

- Master Marksman: Vex's inhuman training in the field of marksmanship makes him incredibly accurate, which allows him to gain his high body count in a completely unique way: ricochet. By manipulating his disks, Vex is able to fire bullets at them and ricochet them at his targets. This is useful for confusing forensics.
