Jayden Nakamura is a former military assassin under the codename of Kitsune (狐), and is the father to the cybernetic assassin, Cody Nakamura.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Jayden was born on February 20, 1950.
From an early age, Jayden showed signs of excellence. He could talk and have full-blown conversations at only ten months old, and could walk with perfect balance when he was eight months. His mother Natsuki jumped on this opportunity and started teaching him a gargantuan arsenal of life skills.
Jayden's father Nitesh was a con man and assassin who swindled people out of their belongings. Nitesh was a very intimidating man and he valued control above all else. Nitesh rivaled so many individuals he was dubbed as Kai. Jayden, in an effort to end Nitesh's darkness, set up a rigged card game, with the odds against his father. When Nitesh lost, he brutally mangled the man and made sure he would never recover. Following these events, Nitesh successfully manipulated his wife Natsuki into snatching all the money that belonged to the only man who he had lost to.
By age five, he could do any chore without assistance. He was already ahead of his fellow students. Nitesh noticed his admirable progress and decided to test him. Nitesh started to give him independent classes, teaching him how to swindle and fight, testing him to learn what he was hiding, and occasionally using him as a puppet to do his bidding.
The more time Jayden spent with his father, the more he became his father. Jayden started to get in trouble with the school. This inevitably angered Natsuki, and she ordered the two to be separated. Nitesh's work was undone and Jayden developed an interest in superheroes and aimed to be one.
Cerberus[]
At the age of eight, the Cerberus abducted him because they had heard of his extraordinary talent. Some staff members made the abduction appear as if Jayden had ran away. Illusive conducted several experiments on him, and saw a glamorous future ahead of him.
He insisted that Jayden spent the next two years with him. During those two years, Illusive became Jayden's personal mentor, teaching him all the advanced talents he possessed. During his free time, Jayden gambled with the mechanics, and learned some useful engineering skills.
One of the things Jayden got especially good at was marksmanship. Pleased in Jayden's success, Illusive realized he could train him no more, and sent him home when he was ten years old. When he arrived, his parents interrogated him to find out what happened. When they heard his story, they were skeptical. To prove it, Jayden dialed Illusive's number and Nitesh had a talk with him. Nitesh left that day with an agenda. He rarely returned.
Alliance with Alliance[]
Since then, Jayden lived a fairly normal life. He went to school, did chores and vacations, and all the boring stuff that is a part of everyday life. Jayden never forgot about his abstract past, and longed for the adventure he had lost. His wish was granted in the most unexpected way.
When Jayden turned seventeen, a group of terrorists broke into his home. They destroyed his house, looking for somebody. Natsuki insisted that Jayden hid in the storm shelter while she dealt with them. Hesitant, Jayden finally agreed to do it. When he returned to the house, he found that the gang was dragging his bloody, disfigured and cuffed mother out the door. Despite his training, he failed to save her.
Jayden, in a blur of panic and depression, dialed Illusive's number. He said he would be returning. Jayden could hear the surprise on the other end of the line. Jayden packed his things and drove to the Cerberus Council facility where he had previously been years ago. He trained there until his nineteenth birthday, when he decided to join the notorious mercenary military known as Alliance.
Future[]
Jayden would eventually go on to reunite with his son, and would often work with him on missions. Ultimately, Jayden would return home and resume his training.
Personality[]
Despite his darkness, Jayden shows flickers of the very jovial person that loved making puns that he once was.
