Kevin Stephen Jenkins is the former butler of Jake Woods. He gradually became a close friend of the android, begetting skills and resources along the way to serve as his eyes and ears on the street.
Kevin became Jason Kade's butler and roommate after Jake's disappearance, serving as his cut man.
When Jake returned from space, he gave Kevin his blessing to remain with Jason.

Not long after his journey to creating an alter ego, Jake Woods hired Kevin to be his butler in order to gain a better, more street-level understanding of humanity. Over time, Kevin came to realize his superior was a superhero, and fully supported him. He aided Jake while his wife served overseas.
After Jake went missing, Kevin began serving Jason Kade as his butler and roommate, stitching his minor bullet and knife wounds.
When Jake returned from space, he suggested Kevin stay with Jason in Neo Arcadia.
