Green Criminal[]
Forming a Gang[]
Sometime before 2015, an unnamed individual would be born in Dublin, Ireland and move to the United States of America, seeking criminal opportunity. Undergone training in robbery and killing, the individual began assimilating others of his heritage into his own group of criminals, which he would name the "Ballybrack Crew," after the town he was born in.
The Crew supposedly had robbed a large number of banks and have been dealing drugs for a long time. The gang would move from city to city, but decided to stay a while in Emerald City in 2015, due to their absence of superheroes.
First Bust[]
The individual would attempt to steal his files from the Emerald City Police Station 114, but he was intercepted by the vigilante Almanac, and he was officially nicknamed "The Dubliner" for representing Irish heritage while on personal missions. With that, the Dubliner was taken into custody and tried for theft and premeditated assault.
Without the vigilante knowing, Dubliner's bail would be posted not long after his arrest, and he would continue his business incognito.
Resurfacing[]
In November 2017, Dubliner would return to a criminal lifestyle, except now in Neo Arcadia. He was found by Almanac, but was prepared...
Personality[]
Dubliner is a greedy man. He would quickly betray others for the sake of money.

The Dubliner claims to be a trained assassin and professional bank robber with ties to a drug cartel.
